Privacy Policy — 구해줘! 공룡 (Dino Escape)
RespawnLab ("we") operates this children's game ("the app") and keeps data processing to a minimum. This policy tells parents and guardians what the app does with information.
1. Summary
- No accounts, sign-in, chat or posting.
- We do not collect names, birth dates, contact details, photos or precise location, and we run no servers of our own.
- The nickname and game progress stay on the device and are never sent to us or to other companies.
- Tools from Google and Unity that are built into the app automatically process device information for ads, usage statistics and purchases. Personalized ads are not used.
2. Information and purposes
| Category | Data | Purpose | Processed by |
|---|---|---|---|
| On-device | Nickname, stage records, stars, stickers, collection, hearts, language and sound settings, owned products and transaction identifier | Saving progress and purchases | The device. If device backup is turned on, it may be included in the Apple or Google device backup. |
| Usage statistics | App instance ID and similar device or app identifiers, device model, OS, language, approximate region derived from the IP address, automatic records such as app open, session, update and purchase, and gameplay events (stage start/end, hint used, rewarded ad completed) | Improving difficulty and fixing errors | Google (Firebase Analytics) |
| Advertising | Device identifiers, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, ad impressions and views, diagnostics and performance data | Serving rewarded ads, preventing fraud | Google (AdMob) |
| Purchase diagnostics | Installation ID, session ID, the identifier for vendor (IDFV) on iOS, device model, OS, language, the product being purchased and the purchase step | Keeping purchases reliable | Unity Technologies (purchasing library) |
| Payments | Payment method and billing details | In-app purchases | Apple App Store or Google Play (never received by us) |
Usage statistics and purchase diagnostics never include the nickname or saved game data.
3. Children
- The app is directed to children. Ad requests are tagged as child-directed and limited to content rated for general audiences. Interest-based advertising is not served.
- On iOS the app does not ask for tracking permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- An ad plays only when the player chooses to watch one. Tapping a playing ad may open an app store or web page, so we recommend adult supervision.
- Purchases, restoring purchases, resetting the nickname and opening this policy page require passing an adult check.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). If you believe a child's information has been processed, contact us and we will act promptly.
4. Retention and deletion
- On-device data is removed when the app is deleted. The nickname can be reset from the Parents' Menu.
- Usage statistics are kept for up to 14 months under the Google Analytics retention setting, then deleted automatically.
- Advertising data and purchase diagnostics are retained under Google's and Unity's policies.
- We keep no separate files of personal information. Emails received through enquiries are deleted once the request is handled.
5. Processors, third parties and international transfer
We do not sell personal information. The services built into the app process the data described in section 2: Google LLC (Firebase Analytics for usage statistics; AdMob and consent management for advertising), Unity Technologies (purchase diagnostics from the purchasing library) and the app stores operated by Apple Inc. and Google LLC (payments). Data is transferred over the network while the app runs and may be processed in the United States and other countries where these companies operate. See the Google, Unity and Apple privacy policies.
If you do not want this transfer, stop using the app and delete it. Rewarded ads, purchases and restoring purchases cannot be used without it.
6. Your choices
You can reset the advertising identifier or turn off ad personalization in the device settings. Where the law requires it, an "Ad Privacy Settings" button appears in the Parents' Menu. Deleting the app resets the analytics identifier.
7. Your rights
Parents and guardians may ask at any time to access, correct or delete information, or to stop its processing, by emailing the address below. We hold nothing that identifies a person, so please include details such as the device and install date; we will do what we can and report back.
